1) What I collect
Contact form data (Formspree): name, email, message—used only to reply and manage inquiries.
Usage/analytics data (Google Analytics 4): page views, basic device info, approximate region, and events (e.g., clicks/scroll depth if enabled). IP addresses are not stored by me; GA4 reports aggregated metrics.
Technical logs (hosting/CDN): IP address, user-agent, date/time, and requested URLs for security and performance.
Fonts & assets: fonts and static assets may be served by Cargo’s infrastructure/CDN.
2) How I use data
Reply to messages and manage correspondence.
Understand traffic and improve the Site (content and performance).
Keep the Site secure (fraud/spam prevention). I do not sell personal information. I don’t run ads or use Google Signals/remarketing on this Site.
3) Cookies & analytics (no banner)
This Site does not display a cookie consent banner. Google Analytics 4 may set first-party cookies to measure usage.
In regions where consent is not legally required (e.g., most of the U.S.), analytics will load by default.
If you are in a region that treats analytics cookies as non-essential (e.g., EEA/UK/CH) and you prefer not to be measured, see Your choices below.
Browser controls: Block or clear cookies; use private browsing.
Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends these signals, I will treat them as a request to limit non-essential tracking to the extent technically feasible on this simple, non-ecommerce site.

4) Legal bases (for EEA/UK visitors)
Contact form: performance of a contract or legitimate interest (responding to your request).
Analytics: legitimate interests in measuring Site performance. If your local law requires consent for analytics cookies and you do not consent, please use the opt-out options above or refrain from using the Site.
5) Retention
Contact form submissions: up to 2 years (or sooner on request).
Analytics data: per GA4 settings (typically 2–14 months in aggregate form).
Server logs: typically 30–90 days for security/performance.
6) Sharing / processors
I share personal data only with service providers that help run the Site:
Formspree (contact form processing and delivery).
Google Analytics (audience measurement). These providers process data on my behalf under their terms and security measures.
7) International transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
8) Your rights

9) Children
This Site isn’t directed to children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their data. Portfolio items may depict design work for regulated categories (e.g., melatonin or cannabis) as design showcases only, not for sale or promotion.
